Jeff Romine is an experienced and dedicated nursing and healthcare management professional. He currently serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Hill Country Rehabilitation and Nursing, in Copperas Cove, TX, where he and his family reside.

Jeff has a rich background in patient care, having worked as a Patient Care Technician and Cardiac Monitor Technician at Wichita's St. Francis hospital, then as a Licensed Practical Nurse throughout Wichita, and finally culminating in his role as Assistant Director of Nursing. Jeff leads his team to deliver high-quality and safe patient care. He has also implemented innovative facility processes that have drastically improved clinical outcomes, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.

Jeff and his family plan on moving back to the Air Capital (Wichita, KS) in the late spring of 2024, where he plans to combine his technical expertise with compassionate care to provide holistic healthcare solutions to his patients.

When not taking care of patients, Jeff is passionate about learning and exploring new topics, whether listening to audiobooks, discovering the origins of new words and phrases, or keeping up with the latest astronomical developments. He draws inspiration from nature, and loves finding fascinating discoveries while on hikes with his family.
